Xiamen joins hands with Tsinghua University to once again play the strong voice of alumni economy. On September 8th, as a supporting event of the 22nd Investment and Trade Fair, the 7th Tsinghua Alumni Innovation Competition Global Finals for New Energy and New Materials, hosted by the Tsinghua Alumni Association, Xiamen Municipal People's Government, and the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, officially kicked off in Xiamen, marking the beginning of the "school+alumni+city" tripartite cooperation in the Xiamen new energy and new materials industry track.
The final will bring together more than 40 new energy and new materials promotion projects from across the country for a two-day competition, using a combination of online and offline methods. It will be divided into seed group, angel group, and growth group for public competition. The list of winners will be announced on the afternoon of September 9th. At that time, the award ceremony will also hold a forum on the development of the new energy and new materials industry on the same stage, inviting well-known experts, scholars, senior investors, and entrepreneurs in the domestic industry to give keynote speeches. A roundtable dialogue will be held on the theme of "New Energy and New Materials: New Technologies, New Forms, and New Opportunities" to further promote the collaborative innovation of new energy and new materials industry technology between Tsinghua University and Xiamen.
